The Grid X Pro will be able to collect running power from the wrist itself. It will also feature Polar sleep tracking, which I find to be quite accurate. Additionally, it will include Polar's FitSpark training guidance, which provides workout suggestions based on your training history.

The heart rate sensor is not quite as accurate as I'd like it to be. For example, on this bike ride, it was jittery throughout the entire ride, and on some occasions, it had major dips, especially at the end.

The buttons on this device are absolutely phenomenal. I really like them, and they're probably my favorite sport watch buttons that I've ever used.

The screen is a touch screen, so you can swipe through your watch faces, activities, and basically whatever you're in. I basically never use this feature, and I find the buttons much, much easier to use.

You can set a 'Do Not Disturb' time zone, for example, from 11 o'clock at night to 8 o'clock in the morning, during which you do not want this watch to beep, vibrate, or light up for any notification.

The Grid X Pro can pair with Bluetooth external sensors, but it can't pair with ANT+ sensors. This can be a big issue for cyclists, especially if you're training indoors.

You can pair it with a chest strap, so if you're doing this sort of workout, it might be better to use this particular watch with a chest strap instead.

The watch obviously pulls through basically every notification from your phone if you want it to.

The Grid X Pro comes in three different color options. This is the black DLC version that I have in front of me today. There's also the Grit X Pro Titan, which costs a hundred dollars more and uses titanium in its construction to make it 12 percent lighter.

The sapphire glass makes this more durable against scratches, which is now added and is probably one of the reasons why the cost is higher.

The Grid X Pro has a waterproof rating of ATM 10, which means it can be submerged underwater up to 100 meters.

The flashlight mode on all Garmin watches can also sync with your running cadence, allowing it to blink like a strobe light if you want while you're running.

Garmin says this will help in sports or workouts that involve heavy wrist movements, such as weight lifting and similar activities.

The idea here is that there is a better way of tracking this than something like a cute load might, particularly across all sport types.

With its fitness tracking, it comes with over 120 sports modes that it can track.

The heart rate tracking performed fairly well, even with significant wrist flexion.

The band tracks all data quite precisely, and the zip app represents the data in a way that not only looks good but is also easy to analyze.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 might just be the best overall fitness tracker ever made.

It allows you to load up to six different exercise shortcuts onto the watch for convenience, and you get 21 different sports profiles to accurately track your preferred activities.

It doesn't offer a built-in electrocardiogram scanner, but it can accurately track basic fitness metrics such as your steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and heart rate throughout the day.
